Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase. It is imperative that the items are returned in "like new" condition along with a valid return authorization (RA) form. The items should be returned in their original packaging with the RA form included. To acquire an RA form, please go to the Services & Repairs page, enter your information, and submit it. Someone will contact you within 1 business day to process your return.
We offer product size exchanges within seven (7) days of purchase. You'll just need to cover the incoming and outgoing freight costs unless it's a Supplier error. Exchanges requested after the seventh day will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item. We highly recommend utilizing a carrier that will provide tracking information, as Paragon Pro cannot assume liability for items that are lost during transit. Thank you.
Our products are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under ordinary use. Proof of purchase is required.

A limited warranty applies for 90 days to any repair, replacement part, or device. Replaced parts and products for which a refund is given become Supplier’s property. The warranty covers hardware components not subject to accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, or other external causes, alterations, repairs, or commercial use.
